Nick Macias vs. Anthony Werner
After a few brief exchanges on the feet Nick Matias shoots in for a takedown and gets
caught in a guillotine by Werner. Matias acting quickly reverses position and does enough
damage for Werner to give up his back and succumb to a rear naked choke.
Kevin Carter vs. Ryan Olivett
Kevin Carter begins the fight landing some early strikes and then scores a nice take down
via hip toss. Olivett escapes the takedown but is penalized 2 points for illegal elbows.
Round 2 begins with both fighters trading strikes until Olivett survives being mounted
early, mounts Carter and ends the fight via TKO from the mount.
Forrest Clouse vs. Mike Camp
After two rounds of a stalemate on the ground Mike Camp submitted to a Forrest Clouse
rear naked choke in round.
Logan Petro vs. Joshua Gillespie
Logan Petro sank one submission attempt after another for the first 2 rounds and hang
on through some brief exchanges for the Judges Decision win over Joshua Gillespie.
Cody Combee vs. Jeremy Malaterre
Jeremy Malaterre displayed some great takedown defense and good submission skills
before finally making Combee submit to an armbar midway through round 2.
Nathan Gates vs Jr. Lightweight MMA Champion Ian Stonehouse
The fight opens with a brief exchange leading to a Stonehouse takedown.
Stonehouse quickly secured the mount and took Gates’ back while
landing big fists and elbows causing Gates to tap at 0:34 in the first.
Ben Hand vs. Shaun Ogle for Vacant Kick Down Light Heavyweight MMA title
Both fighters come out showing some good clinch work with Ogle getting the
better knees in. In round two, Hand shoots for a takedown but lands on the
bottom in half guard. Ogle avoids a triangle attempt and gains full mount ending
the fight quickly via strikes.
Gary Borum vs. London Pray
After some good exchanges on the feet both fighters hit the mat and are able to
neutralize each others abilities. The fight ends after round two with Borum in
Pray’s guard and Borum is announced as the winner by the judges.
Danny Wilson vs. Colby Snyder for the Vacated Kick Down
Professional Lightweight MMA title.
A devastating exchange starts off the match and Snyder gains the upper hand
backing Wilson into a corner landing big knees that bring
Wilson down. Wilson recovers only to be taken down again by some massive knee strikes.
Snyder follows him to the mat and lands a few big hammer fists before
Wilson taps out due to strikes one minute into round one.
Chris Cisneros vs. Kick Down Professional Featherweight MMA Champion Tom Johnson
Johnson starts off the bout throwing hard thumping leg kicks with Cisneros landing
hard punches. After escaping a deep heelhook and surviving some brutal ground and
pound Johnson sinks in a deep arm bar to stop the fight
