Adam Morgan: What is the atmosphere like for you training at Team Quest with guys like Dan Henderson and Sokoudjou?
“Mayhem” Miller: It’s terrible. Probably the worst thing ever.
Adam Morgan: What’s a daily routine for you over there?
“Mayhem” Miller: Well, to put it in terms that you can understand, imagine me walking you through a long hallway, like really long, and beating you with baseball bats at random intervals. Then, making you sprint down the hallway and go back and do it again. That’s approximately what I feel like on a day to day basis.
