Jeremy Lang’s 25 minute MMA workout
1 minute medicine ball tosses (30, 40, 50, 60lbs)



1 minute dumbbell hammer curl to shoulder press




1 minute barbell push-ups



1 minute jump pull-ups



1 minute kettle ball raises




1 minute tension rope pulls



1st set completed - 6 minutes straight
1 minute rest - 7 minutes total
Repeat Set 1 All over again! (2nd set completed) - 6 minutes straight – 14 minutes total
1 minutes rest - 15 minutes total
Repeat Set 1 All over again and end with 2 minutes of rope whips - 23 minutes total


Jeremy followed up this workout with 3x5 minute rounds of combo work with focus mitts
