He is usually known as Frank Trigg and nicknamed "Twinkle Toes", is an American Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter, color commentator for PRIDE Fighting Championships, co-host of MMAWeekly.com's radio show, and a co-host of the new TAGG radio show, which airs live online and made its debut on April 11 2007.
As a fighter Trigg is a veteran of such promotions as Ultimate Fighting Championship,PRIDE Fighting Championships, Rumble on the Rock, Icon Sport and World Fighting Alliance. The son of an African-American, Euro-American, Native American father and Euro-American, Native-American mother, he grew up in a household where he had seven brothers, where he developed a natural competitive nature.
Jorge is originally from Fortaleza, Brazil. He came to America as an exchange student in High School. He then stayed on to attend college in Dayton and soon became a proud American Citizen. While in school Jorge worked full time teaching BJJ in the evenings, waiting and busing tables late at night/early afternoons, and going to class in the morning. Since college Jorge has been training and teaching full time. Jorge now runs a large mixed martial arts school teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA based in Middletown, OH. Growing up, Kenny excelled in many sports including; tennis and martial arts. At one point, soccer became so important to him that he put his martial arts studies aside in order to practice and play soccer year round. This dedication helped Kenny become a star midfielder in high school and he was recruited for the Olympic Development program in Massachusetts. I was born in Brooklyn , NY , moved to Staten Island , NY and relocated to Marlboro, NJ when I was seven. After two years of community college in New Jersey I followed my brother, Adam, down to Athens , Georgia . I attended the University of Georgia where I eventually earned a BS degree in Biological Engineering. While we both attended school, Adam and I began teaching students at the university's athletic center.
