Jorge is originally from Fortaleza, Brazil. He came to America as an exchange student in High School. He then stayed on to attend college in Dayton and soon became a proud American Citizen. While in school Jorge worked full time teaching BJJ in the evenings, waiting and busing tables late at night/early afternoons, and going to class in the morning. Since college Jorge has been training and teaching full time. Jorge now runs a large mixed martial arts school teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA based in Middletown, OH. Many instructors enjoy the dedication and respect that Jorge shows his students and therefore the school has grown to include affiliated schools in several states.

The American Dream is often been spoken about as a vehicle that motivates people to achieve success. For the last five years, Paul Buentello has been living his version of the dream by steadily climbing up mixed martial arts' highly competitive heavyweight ladder. Buentello's story is reminiscent of others who have made life-altering sacrifices in order to reach their goals. The lack of a sophisticated training center anywhere near his home in Amarillo, Texas left the aspiring champion short of training partners and proper coaching thirteen years ago when he initially tackled the fight world by competing in Pancration style bouts.

Travis S. Lutter (born May 12, 1973) is an American mixed martial arts fighter who won the The Ultimate Fighter 4 reality show which was broadcast on SpikeTV. His UFC record is 2-4, having defeated Marvin Eastman by knockout at UFC 50 and Patrick Cote at the finals of the reality show and losing fights to Matt Lindland by submission at UFC 52, training partner Trevor Prangley by unanimous decision at UFC 54 and current Middleweight champion Anderson Silva at UFC 67 .

He is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Carlos Machado.
